Q1. Can I get fabric samples ?

A1:  Please give us more details of the fabric, for example, the weight, the width, composition etc. We can offer 0.5m of sample for free, you only need to pay the freight cost.

Q2. How long will it take to do a sample?

A2: If the meter sample is available, it can be delivered within 2 days; If it is not available now, it can be delivered within on week.

Q3. What is your main product? 

A3: Aramid related fabric, yarn, non woven and sewing thread; Modacrylic fabric; Other fire retardant fabrics etc.

Q4. Can you make my fabric designs or patterns ?

A4: Of course, we very welcome to receive your sample or your new ideas for the fabric.

Q5. How long is the lead time to produce one container? 

A5: About 35-45days to finish one container. If there is holiday during production, the delivery time will be longer.

Q6. What is your payment terms? 

A6: L/C or T/T(30%Deposit, Balance before shipments).

Q7.How do you guarantee the product quality? 

A7: We will send the sample to you, and the quality of bulk will be the same as the sample. （custom-made)
